Day 2: Gorilla trekking In Volcanoes National Park
Rise up early for breakfast and head to the ranger station for briefing. Gorillas live in thick Virunga forest and entirely survive on what is provided by the forest. Gorillas are highly susceptible to human communicable diseases so it is best to stay behind in case you have any. They have a cohesive family bond and highly respect there leader the silverback. After briefing, you will be lead into the forest to start searching for the gorillas in the company of an armed ranger guide. The Rwanda trek is usually done on steep slopes and the time of finding the gorillas is not known since they keep moving in search of food and other eats. When you finally get to see them, stay with them and enjoy there company for about 1 hour. Drive to Kigali airport after wards to catch up with you home bound flight after gorilla tracking in Rwanda.
