Flying for gorilla trekking Uganda tours for 3 days in Bwindi
forest National park starts with booking a gorilla tracking permit then a
scheduled flight ticket to Kihihi Air Strip. This also includes booking a vehicle
to transfer you to the lodge for your overnight in Bwindi forest.
Day 1: Flying to
Bwindi gorilla trekking forest
Early in the morning, take breakfast and transfer to Entebbe
or Kajjansi Air Strip to catch up with your flight to Bwindi forest. The flight
takes about 1hour and a half. You will be transferred to your lodge from the
air strip. In case you are not so tired, take a walk to Batwa pygmies where you
will have the chance of meeting some of the original people that occupied the Bwindi
forest and there life was dependant on the forest as their soul provider. Bwindi
is a moist forest that supports a variety of animals like the ververt monkeys,
chimpanzees, grey checked mangabey, black and white colobus monkeys, red tailed
monkeys, olive baboons and so many others. Return to the lodge and relax

Day 2 Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest National Park
Rise up early in the morning for breakfast and carry your
packed lunch, head to the ranger station for briefing. You will be advised on
the rules and regulations of gorilla trekking like how to treat the animals,
when to eat while in the jungle, what to carry while searching for gorillas and
several others. The ranger guide will later escort you into the forest to start
searching for the gorillas. The time of finding them is not really clear as
they move searching for food and other items for the day. Keep following the
trail were they were last seen the previous day. When you are finally with
them, wait to take there photographs and wait for instructions form the ranger
guide. Use a flash less camera to take
there pictures and keep observing there moves for just one permitted hour
return to the lodge and relax.
Day 3 return home after gorilla trekking tour
Having been with the gorillas, fly back to Entebbe to catch
up with your home bound flight. This flying gorilla trekking safari is
memorable.
